Jody is a National Educator in Advanced Skin Treatments. She has been in the industry for over 20 years and has managed a number of New Zealand companies.
Jody is passionate about delivering real results for her clients. Her extensive background and experience within the laser and skin industry provides her with a vast knowledge on how to deal with all skin conditions. This has made her the go-to for many in the industry for results and insights.

NICKY TSOUMAS
MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN AND OPERATION MANAGER
Nicky has been a Medical Aesthetician for over 20 years with advanced certificates in lasers. Nicky believes in being honest about what clients can achieve with their skin.
She takes pride in helping clients achieve optimal results, observing their transformations and seeing them leave the clinic happy. She is continually excited by the advancements in laser and skin treatments and believes that looking good plays an important role in our confidence and self-esteem.

Penelope brings 20 years of expertise in advanced skin and laser treatments. With extensive knowledge of skin health, laser technologies and personalised treatment planning, she works closely with each client to understand their concerns and develop a tailored approach to achieving their goals.
She is highly experienced in detailed skin consultations, treatment planning, accurate clinical documentation, and maintaining strict health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Penelope is highly results focused and committed to delivering safe, realistic and visible improvements while ensuring every client feels informed, supported and confident throughout their treatment journey.

With more than 15 years of experience in advanced skin therapies and laser-based treatments, Tricia is a highly skilled Medical Aesthetician and Laser Skin Technician known for her professional, results-focused approach.
Her extensive experience includes advanced IPL treatments across both medical and boutique clinic environments, giving her a strong understanding of skin health, treatment safety, and personalised corrective care.
Tricia combines science-backed technology with a warm, empathetic approach, ensuring every client feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their skin journey. Each treatment plan is carefully tailored to the client’s skin type, concerns, lifestyle, and desired outcomes.
