Cutera XEO LimeLight

A non-invasive IPL treatment for selected redness, brown spots, tiny visible veins and uneven tone across the face, neck and décolletage.

What LimeLight targets

Cutera LimeLight uses intense pulsed light to heat selected pigmented and vascular targets. The aim is to fade visible brown and red colour while protecting the surrounding skin.

After treatment

Brown spots can darken temporarily and treated skin may look flushed or slightly puffy. These changes usually settle as the skin recovers, and makeup can be used once your clinician confirms it is appropriate.

Daily sunscreen is essential because future sun exposure can create new spots and visible vessels.

Targeting visible colour

Light selected for reds and browns.

LimeLight is designed for benign pigmented and vascular features associated with photodamage and ageing. It can be particularly useful for lighter brown spots that have previously been difficult to treat.

Assessment before IPL

Not every brown or red mark is suitable for cosmetic light treatment. Your clinician will assess the area and may recommend medical review for any lesion that is new, changing or uncertain.

Related pathways

Explore sun damage and pigmentation, rosacea and facial veins. eLOS Rejuvenation offers a combined light and radiofrequency approach, while vascular laser treatment targets selected veins more directly.
