Do I need to make a booking?
Yes, we operate by appointment only to ensure every client gets the best experience. You can book by emailing info@aboutskin.co.nz with your request or calling us at 09 576 1550. Alternatively, feel free to visit us in the clinic, and we’ll be happy to arrange a suitable appointment time for you.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to relax before your treatment. This gives you time to fill out any necessary forms, enjoy a collagen shot or a Crunchy Bar on the couch, and unwind with a magazine before we begin
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
We understand that things come up! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. If you need to make changes, just give us a call at 09 576 1550 or email info@aboutskin.co.nz.
What happens if I am running late?
If you're running late, please call us at 09 576 1550 or email info@aboutskin.co.nz to let us know how long you'll be. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your treatment time may need to be adjusted to avoid delaying other clients.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and bank transfers. For added convenience, we also offer Afterpay, so you can enjoy your treatments now and pay later.
